SmartMailing turns a website URL into a working email platform. Paste your site (or a client's), and the AI extracts the brand: colors, logo, fonts, social links, footer, images, and tone of voice. The moment that brand exists, SmartMailing has already built the things every sender needs and other platforms make you assemble by hand:

  • a hosted subscribe page, double opt-in confirmation, preference center, and unsubscribe pages, styled like the brand, in the brand's language
  • the transactional emails behind them: the double opt-in confirmation, the welcome email, the unsubscribe receipt
  • a ready-to-use email signature with the brand's visuals

From there you generate email templates that match the brand (or point the AI at any landing page and turn it into an email), send campaigns with per-recipient send-time prediction, run drip automations, trigger transactional email through a simple API, and let the AI draft replies to subscribers from a knowledge base you control. Underneath, SmartMailing warms up your domain, separates marketing from transactional sending, monitors DMARC, and shows you the same deliverability numbers it uses to protect your sending reputation.
