Review and approve replies
When a subscriber answers one of your campaigns and AI replies are turned on for the brand, the reply lands in Replies (Brand Brain → Replies). Nothing is ever sent automatically: the AI prepares a draft, and you decide.
What you see on a reply
Each pending reply shows:
- The subscriber's message, with the quoted history stripped so you read only what they actually wrote.
- The AI draft, written from the brand's knowledge base, in an editable text box labeled "AI draft · edit before approving". Change anything you like before sending.
- A grounding note when the draft is backed by your knowledge base, shown as "Grounded" with the match strength.
If the Brain has no confident answer, the reply is escalated instead of drafted: you'll see "No confident answer in the knowledge base. Handle this one personally."
Approve, reject, or dismiss
- Approve sends the draft (with your edits) as a threaded reply from the brand, on the transactional stream. The subscriber sees a normal reply in the same conversation.
- Reject discards the draft for a normal pending reply. Escalated replies show Dismiss instead.
- The trash icon deletes the reply from the queue after a confirmation.
After the AI's first answer, the conversation moves to your own mailbox: the outgoing reply sets its reply-to address to the handoff inbox you configured, and a copy of the exchange is delivered there, so you have the whole thread where you normally work.
You can approve replies from your phone. Link the brand's Telegram notifications and pending drafts arrive as messages you can approve on the go.
Statuses
The panel keeps counts of pending, approved, and rejected replies so you can see at a glance whether anything is waiting for you.
