Edit and manage brands

All your brand profiles live in the Brands workspace. Open it from Brands in the navigation, or go straight to /brands.

The brands workspace

The header shows how many brands and templates you have, plus the New brand button. Below that:

  • Sort lets you order brands by Last used, A to Z, Most templates, or Recently added.
  • The view toggle switches between a card grid and a compact list.

Each brand card shows the logo (or the brand name if there is no logo), its color swatches, when it was last updated, and how many templates and signatures belong to it. Click anywhere on a card, or its pencil icon, to open the editor.

The brand editor

The editor is one page with a section for each part of the profile. Click Save in the header when you are done; the button stays disabled until you have actually changed something, and a brand name is always required.

Brand name

The display name used across the dashboard and the brand switcher.

Paste an image URL, or click Upload Logo to upload a PNG or JPG. A live preview shows the logo at its configured width and alignment.

  • Logo Width (px): how wide the logo renders in emails. If you go above 200px the field turns red and warns "Logo is too wide. Please reduce to 200px or less." Oversized logos dominate the email header and can break layouts in some clients.
  • Logo Alignment: left, center, or right.

Colors

Seven color fields, each with a color picker and a hex input: Background, Inner Background, Text, Button Background, Button Text, Footer Text, and Divider. These style every template, signature, and hosted page for the brand.

Font family

Pick one of the eight email-safe fonts. These are the fonts that render consistently across email clients.

AI context

Describe your brand so AI can write better email content for you: what you sell, who you sell to, and your tone of voice. For example: "We are a SaaS company that helps small businesses manage their invoices. Our tone is friendly and professional."

Brand images

Images available in the media gallery when you build templates. Extraction fills this automatically; you can also click Upload Images to add your own, or hover an image and click the remove button to drop it from the gallery.

Source URL

The website the brand was extracted from. For extracted brands this field is read-only; for manually created brands you can enter a URL for reference.

Unsaved changes protection

The editor guards your work. If you try to navigate away with unsaved edits, a Discard changes? dialog appears: "You have unsaved changes. Leaving now will lose them." Choose Discard to leave anyway, or Cancel to stay and save. Closing the browser tab or reloading with unsaved edits triggers the browser's own leave warning too.

tip

Templates reference your brand values rather than copying them, so a rebrand is cheap: update the colors, logo, or font here and templates that use the brand defaults pick up the new look the next time they are rendered or sent. Where you customized a specific template (for example a one-off campaign palette), that template's own choices win.
