Your account page
The account page at /account is where you manage everything about your SmartMailing account itself: your plan, your usage, your data, and (if you ever want to) deleting the account entirely.
Plans and usage
SmartMailing has five plans: Free, Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise. Each plan comes with monthly allowances and a set of included features. You can always see exactly what your plan includes and how much of it you have used, right inside the app.
Manage your subscription
Billing in SmartMailing runs through Stripe. You upgrade from inside the app, and manage everything else (payment method, invoices, plan changes, cancellation) in the secure Stripe billing portal.
Export or delete your data
You own your data. From the account page you can download everything SmartMailing holds about you, or permanently delete your account. Both actions are self-serve and map to your GDPR rights: data portability (Article 20) and erasure (Article 17).
Notifications
The bell icon in the dashboard top bar is your notification center. It surfaces things that need your attention, above all your sending health, without you having to keep the reports page open.
