Brand Brain overview
Brand Brain is a knowledge base you build per brand: your policies, product details, campaign specifics, and FAQs. The AI uses it as the single source of truth when it drafts replies to subscribers, so answers come from your brand's own facts instead of guesses.
Add knowledge to the Brain
The Brain only knows what you feed it. You can paste text directly or upload files; either way the content is processed the same and becomes searchable knowledge for that brand.
Preview a reply draft
Before you let the AI answer real subscribers, you can test it. The Draft a reply panel at the bottom of the Brand Brain page (/brain) is a sandbox: paste any customer message and see exactly the reply the AI would draft from this brand's knowledge.
Review and approve replies
When a subscriber answers one of your campaigns and AI replies are turned on for the brand, the reply lands in Replies (Brand Brain → Replies). Nothing is ever sent automatically: the AI prepares a draft, and you decide.
Turn on AI replies
AI replies are configured per brand, in Brand Brain → Replies. The feature is off by default: until you enable it, campaign replies go wherever your sending address normally delivers them and SmartMailing does not touch them.
