Manage your signatures
Email signatures live in the Email Signatures workspace at /email-signatures. The idea is simple: one signature per person, on-brand by default. Every signature belongs to a brand, so a team of five under one brand gets five signatures that all share the same colors, logo, and social links.
Edit a signature
Open a signature from the Email Signatures workspace (click the pencil icon on its card, or create a new one) and you land in the signature editor. The form sits on the left; a live preview on the right updates as you type and shows exactly what will land in your email client.
Add your signature to your email client
SmartMailing does not send email for your signature; it produces the HTML that your everyday email client uses. You copy the finished signature once and paste it into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail.
