The templates workspace
The templates workspace at /email-templates shows every email template you have saved for the selected brand. From here you can create new templates, reopen existing ones in the builder, and delete the ones you no longer need.
Start a new template
Every new template begins on the same start screen: Pick how you want to start. You reach it by clicking New template in the templates workspace, or by creating a template from the dashboard.
Convert a webpage or build from scratch
Besides starting from a saved brand, the start screen offers two more ways to create a template: converting an existing webpage, or building everything by hand.
Edit a template in the builder
Once a draft is generated, the builder is where you refine it. The screen has three areas: a left panel with components, brand colors and the AI assistant; the live preview in the center; and, when you select a block, an edit panel on the right.
Translate, test and export
When your template is ready, the builder toolbar gives you three finishing tools: AI translation into other languages, a test send to your own inbox, and an HTML export you can use anywhere.
