Translate, test and export

When your template is ready, the builder toolbar gives you three finishing tools: AI translation into other languages, a test send to your own inbox, and an HTML export you can use anywhere.

Translate your template​

Templates support multiple language versions of the same design. The language switcher in the toolbar shows which version you are viewing.

  1. Click Translate in the toolbar.
  2. In the Translate Content dialog, tick the target languages. A shortlist of common languages appears first; click Show more languages for the full list of over 30 European languages, from French, Spanish and German to Icelandic and Maltese.
  3. Click Translate Selected. The AI translates all selected languages in one pass.

Languages you have already translated are marked Done in the dialog.

After translating:

  • Use the language dropdown in the toolbar to switch between versions.
  • Edits you make while previewing a language apply to that language only, so you can fine-tune each version independently. The design, images and colors stay shared across all languages.

Send a test email​

Always check a real inbox before you send to subscribers.

  1. Click Send Test in the toolbar.
  2. In the Send Test Email dialog, enter the address to send to.
  3. Click Send.

The test arrives with the subject "Test Email" followed by your project name. Test sends have a daily limit; the confirmation message tells you how many you have left today.

tip

Send tests to more than one provider if you can, for example Gmail and Outlook, since they render HTML email differently.

Export the HTML​

Click Export HTML in the toolbar to download your template for use in any other tool.

What you get depends on the template:

  • A template with no images downloads as a single HTML file.
  • A template with images downloads as a ZIP containing the HTML plus an images folder. All image references in the HTML are rewritten to relative paths like images/logo.png, so the export works offline and can be uploaded to any email tool as a bundle.
  • A template with multiple languages downloads as a ZIP with one HTML file per language, sharing the same images folder.

Exports count toward your plan's monthly export allowance. If you reach it, the builder tells you and you can upgrade for more.
