Manage your subscribers
Every brand has its own subscriber base. Open Subscribers from the dashboard to see everyone who can receive email from that brand, plus the suppression list of addresses that must never be emailed. Use the brand picker in the header to switch between brands.
At the top of the page you'll find:
- Add subscriber to manually add one address.
- Import CSV to migrate a file export from another tool.
- Import from tool to pull subscribers straight from Mailchimp, MailerLite, or Brevo.
- Two counters showing how many people are subscribed and how many are suppressed.
If the brand has no subscribers yet, the table stays empty until someone subscribes through your signup form or the API, or until you add or import them yourself.
Finding subscribers
Above the table you can:
- Search by email or name.
- Filter by status with the dropdown (All, Subscribed, Pending, Unsubscribed, Bounced, Complained).
- Filter by list by clicking a list chip in the Lists section. Click All subscribers to clear the list filter.
The table shows each subscriber's email, status, language, the date they subscribed, and the date they confirmed. Click an email address to open the subscriber detail page.
Subscriber statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Subscribed | Confirmed and eligible to receive your campaigns. |
| Pending | A double opt-in confirmation email was sent, but the person hasn't clicked the link yet. They won't receive campaigns until they confirm. |
| Unsubscribed | The person opted out, or you suppressed them. They are skipped on every send. |
| Bounced | Their mailbox rejected your email. The address is suppressed automatically. |
| Complained | They marked one of your emails as spam. The address is suppressed automatically. |
Row actions
Each row has two actions:
- Suppress adds the address to the suppression list. Future sends to it are skipped, even if the person re-subscribes. You confirm this in a modal before it happens.
- Delete runs a GDPR delete: the subscriber and all their consent records, tokens, and list memberships are permanently removed, and a suppression entry is kept so the address can't be re-collected by mistake. This is irreversible, so a confirmation modal asks you first.
Both actions are also available on the subscriber detail page. For what suppression means in practice and how to restore an address, see Subscriber details, suppression, and GDPR delete.
Keep your pending count in check. People who never confirm double opt-in are not mailable, so if a signup source produces lots of pending subscribers, check that your confirmation email is reaching inboxes.
